They have a wine here I can't find anywhere else. It's great for pairing with meals and has many flavors. The prices are great and the guy who runs it is the sweetest man ever.

Placed an order for delivery. I could not have been more pleased and impressed with the kindness, friendliness, timeliness, respect, etc. etc. shown to me -- both on the phone when ordered and in person when delivered.

If buying alcohol is something you do.. you can do that here.. cuz its a liquor store. Staff is friendly and helpful. Plus, they sell alcohol. They dont sell food though or movies.. but that's probably because its a liquor store.

Amazing local liquor store. Selection is sized to the footprint of the place. They offer student discounts to UMBC students and they are right next door to a good pizza place. Stop by Mike's, grab a slice, and then head over to lil Abner's for your evening libations.

Great locally owned shop!

It’s a small place, but they have a great selection. I mentioned that I wanted a particular Vinho Verde and the owner bought it and had it the next day...and they have excellent prices. It's worth it to go out of the way to go there.

Bill (Owner) and Don (Employee) are both very friendly with all the customers. The store is stocked very well and the prices are better than any other liquor store in the area!

I have been a long time customer here. Staff is great and live locally. I'm kind of a beer snob and they have all the stuff I like. They always make friendly conversation when I am being checked out. They also offer to order something if they don't have it.

Good little liquor store.

My father was a staple customer, and it was passed down through the family. Abners has one of the best selections of booze in Arbutus. A hop-skip and jump away from campus, their prices are reasonable and the staff will be more than happy to accommodate your requests. Don't see it on the shelf? Feel free to ask. Not there? They'll be happy to order it for you. It's that real small-town store feel in a modern-aged society.

Local, friendly, and a one stop shop for all your basic alchy needs. Doesn't try to stock all the beer in the world, sticks with the staples and does it right and the best prices around.

Does have a nice selection of rotating seasonal specialties, and will special order you anything else that you need. Good prices on kegs, and again, will special order any keg that you are looking for at reasonable prices.

Lotto, cigs, chips, wine, booze. And damn cold beer!

Forget those places that call themselves discount - I think Abner's has the best prices.
